Total waste of money and time !
I had my 2012 "Fender JV Modified '50s Telecaster" guitar sent to Thomann's Plek service to lower the string height a bit from the standard Fender measurements. But, when I got it back, the lower strings were making a rattling / buzzing noise that wasn't there before.
I've been emailing Thomann's guitar department, but they answered that according to their Plek reports, everything is fine. But, something definitely went wrong during the process, and it's unfortunately not showing up in the report.
The guitar is not playable anymore now, and Thomann Guitar department is not willing to take it back to fix the problem. I am very disappointed with this particular service and bitterly regret to have trusted Thomann for this...
