handle broke after ten months
This backpack is nearly identical to a M-Audio backpack I had donated away a few years ago. I regretted doing so, and sought out a replacement. I was very glad to find this bag, willing to pay the high shipping costs to the US. The bag was big enough to hold my 15” MacBook Pro and my Akai MPC Live plus a bunch of accessories.
Unfortunately, after only nine months of light use, I picked up the bag by the top strap yesterday, and the left side of the strap ripped off the bag. Not only did the top strap detach, but it ripped a hole in the right shoulder strap as it came off. I’m now worried to use the bag at all in case the right shoulder strap rips all the way through while I’m carrying the bag. I hoped Thomann would replace it, but after emailing their support, they said they only offer a thirty day warranty on this product. Needless to say, I’ll be ordering a different bag as a replacement.

A pretty decent bag at an affordable price, but for the size of the bag - it seems to not really have a ton of space in it for gear. Lots of small pockets, but the main storage areas are shockingly tight. I ended up just using a duffle bag to replace this.
