It's stable and stackable enough, and the plastic is not too bad: enough for absorbing moderate shocks without breaking I would guess.
The problem is the screw holes: after a few uses, they're completely useless. Since this is a by (very) far the cheapest rack case you'll find, I would say it's a "single use" case: you can swap the gear in it a couple of times, after which the case is to be discarded. Now if the idea is to install gear in it once for all and never take it out, then you would be fine.

I'ts a simple rack case
eelcob 06.03.2020
Nice case for its price. Low buget, does what is needs to do. Have bought one to house a small 1HE server and 2HE router for events. To keep them safe, and for easy transport.
Yes, its plastic.. but the pro is, it bends a bit when hit. The con of this is that when the rack case is loaded with a bit of weight, whole bottom side does colapses a bit.. one rack is now standing on the aluminium rims, instead of his feet. I suspect on the inside its almost resting on the router now.
I have bought another one to house another set of switches, because of easy transport, but when i stack the two together they are not realy stable.. I'ts standing on its four feet, on top of the other case, where i would have expected a recess for them on top of the bottom case..
They slide a bit on each other, but dont fall off. Stable stacking of multiple cases could propose an issue unfortunately..

Deep enough for large amps
roast 02.10.2018
This was the only portable rack case I could find which was deep enough to house my Ashdown ABM600 Bass Power Amplifier. All others were just too short. The zipped mesh in the lid is very useful for storing power/speaker cables, though it would have been nice to see this on both lids. One other small complaint is that the inner plastic has no mounting points, nor do the racks have inner rails for affixing the rear of an amplifier (such as mine, or the Ampeg SVT-4-Pro. Without these, the amplifier is only supported by it's own ears; which of course is fine if the ears are steel. Not so much if they are thin aluminium.
Other than that, the handles are sturdy, the plastic is tough and it takes a lot of abuse. Overall, very good.

Excellent value
AudioSpike 28.03.2018
Very good case and a bargain at this price range.
The plastic material is solid enough for good protection, it would take a substantial impact to crack/break it. you could easily stack other gear on top of this case without the worry of weight cracking in (no 18" bass bins now, but other cases, even monitors, etc is fine).
The material also makes the case quite lightweight which makes it ideal for pulling in/out of vans or location work.
The latches are good quality and lock well, no complaints.
It has held up well for me, as long as you are carefully and easy opening and closing the latches this case will last you a long time.
