Clear, smooth bass, perfect midrange, highs just right (not too twangy, not too mellow), great balance, great sustain and volume. Extremely durable. They always bring out the best in any guitar, and their sound doesn't deteriorate with time. It almost seems like they keep their "new string sound" right throughout their lifetime. I've never found any other brand of strings that could do that, and that's why I use only Thomastiks on all of my guitars, they always deliver, always 100%.
