Exactly what you want from a mixer case

I bought this as I had just bought a Wing Compact for a gig and needed a case to go with it.

This case fits the mixer perfectly, with a very helpful "stopping plate" to keep the mixer from sliding backwards.

It has good space behind the mixer where I store a lamp, clamp and arm for RTA mic, wifi router with power and ethernet cables, power cable for the mixer and a USB A - USB B cable for the mixer.

Only 4 stars as it could be lighter, and also maybe have a space at the back of the case to mount a pole for extra mounting of RTA mics, monitors etc.

Great Case for the wing compact

Just what i required to protect my Wing compact. really sturdy & well built.
I don't have any issues with the base, as I normally remove the board to a stand, however good to know i can operate it insitu if necessary
Thomann service brilliant as always, very reliable and a first choice for my band equipment.

Well prepared case, requires caution

The case is big and heavy, stable and keeps the mixer stable. The handles on the side are rotated 90 degrees which is good if you want to move in in a standing position. The only downside is taking off the lid. You need to lift it on the longer side and you need to very cautious to uncover and cover precisely otherwise it is easy to scratch the mixer or it can even block the lid from moving. You can leave cable behind the mixer but I am missing some cable arrangement option to avoid loose cables hanging around.
