Hard to tell it has color but it has unique movement.

Its not vari-mu so if you expect like la2a feel, then try other. But if you looking for some unique movement, it will give that feel. Because this comp compress sound more when signal goes in harder. However it doesn’t have something like shine or wide sound. When you analyze curve you hear little cut above 10k like 1-2 dB. However because of how it acts on sounds, i feel the transient compensate the cut. Anyway i might use this for focusing sound and probably after this go to api5500 or other tube comp. -1star on handling because the ratio knob is too hard to move.

Nice, elegant and functional stereo compressor, works great with all kind of guitars, drum bus and keyboards. With Background vocals works fine too, and it’s a great investment for the price. Go and get it before the company raises the price!!

Tanto como para grabar (aunque no tenga bypass para mono/ stereo se puede usar un solo canal) como para mezcla de Buses y máster… es una maravilla. Aporta color y es tan sutil la compresión que solo la notas cuando te pasas, pero hace de pegamento en toda la mezcla. Cuidado con saturar el Input de más porque si usas Neve te come un poco de ese gordo, ahora, si usas API… ganas 100% … Junto con dos EQ trident 8000, sonido Británico totalmente! Hazte con uno antes de que suba de precio.
