Excellent service. The item arrived very quickly (despite coming from Germany) and was well packed. I would definitely recommend Thomann's for service. The A.P.E itself I find to be of limited use. I think Warburton could provide maybe some exercises or such like to use with it. It's rather a case of "Here it is..buzz into it and your pressure will improve." I haven't really used it much since I bought it. Obviously I need to persever. However, this is not Thomann's fault and I will unhesitatingly recommend their services to fellow musicians.
