Hands down the best overdrive/distortion I’ve ever played through. From sweet and crunchy to verging on medium distortion that sounds like your amp smokes 40 a day and gargles with broken windscreens. But the real magic happens when you adjust your guitar volume, bringing in to play the entire spectrum of overdrive anyone could ever want! (And it looks pretty too!)
Only minor gripe is it’s got no feet, so can slide around on smooth surfaces, but I only add that in to not sound too gushing.

Ich habe das Pefal geordert um meinen Fender Junior pro4 auch bei moderaten Lautstärken anzuzerren. Ich bin bereits im Besitz einiger hochwertiger Röhrenpedale die ich vor verschiedenen Amps fahre. Diese scheinen mir aber für den Pro nicht geeignet. Ich wollte ein einfaches Pedal mit weicher Zerre. Genau das tut dieses Pedal. Absolut neutral im Bypass über Relais geschaltet liefert es im aktiven Zustand eine warme gut zu dosierende Zerrung. Die darüber hinaus vorhandene Möglichkeit den Amp zu boosten habe ich noch nicht benutzt da ich für größere Lautstärke einen Blues deluxe oder Hot Rod einsetze. Die im Netzt vorhandenen Videos geben ganz gut den Sound und das geniale dynamische Ansprechverhalten der Geisha wieder. Für meinen Zweck ist das Teil sehr gut geeignet und durch die Limitierung wird es wahrscheinlich auch wertstabil bleiben. Summa Summarum. Ich würde es empfehlen.

Beeindruckender OD

Ich habe für mein Rig (Fender Deluxe + Fender Princeton) einen OD gesucht, der warm, druckvoll, ohne harsch zu klingen ermöglicht, zwischen cleanem / crunched Setting der Fender und einem classic rock gain setting zu wechseln.

Nach etlichen Versuchen mit zT premium ODs verschiedener Hersteller bin ich mit dem Geisha Drive dort gelandet wohin ich wollte.
Die Geisha liefert Gain mit einem soliden Fundament, bleibt über den gesamten Reglerweg angenehm warm und klingt nicht harsch.

Mit dem Volume Regler lässt sich ein deutlicher Lautstärke-Boost erreichen.

Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos. Im Pedalboard / Signalweg traten keine Probleme auf.

Für alles im Bereich Classic Rock und modernen Blues Rock kann ich die Geisha empfehlen.
