I mean it's allright like

(For reference I use this with custom molded, Variphone Six driver in ear monitors, but I've also tested it with a Beyerdynamic DT900.)

Let's start with the most important bit: The sound. The sound is clean, basically no white noise either, compared to the G4's I've used in the past, where I always had that, leaving my ears exhausted after a rehearsal. Lots of people here saying they got distortion etc, ... I don't notice anything wrong with it, no digital stutters, no compression, .... People don't seem to realise what the regular pricing range for good wireless is.

Maybe it's not happening for me because I don't have to pump out huge volumes, as we practise with edrums, and my in ears are isolating really good, but I've also turned it up to the maximum for testing purposes, and it still holds up.

What I do notice is the high end is quite flat, meaning my guitar sounded a bit muffled and the drums packed less punch, but overall it was perfectly audible. Yet after a show or rehearsal, it was surprisingly quite calming to not have that much high end in my ears all night.

Few pro's:
- Stereo sound
- Usb recharging is easy as hell
- You can stack them next to eachother in, for example, an SD8 stageblock
- Feels very premium, almost no plastic and the casing seems quite strong
- Range is really quite good, still works with around 20m and 2 layers of concrete between me and the transmitter
- When walking in and out of range, it auto reconnects
- Turning it on is different from the volume know, compared to other brands, where the click of turning it on would always hurt my ears.
- Scanning and channel management works great and is very intuitive
- Almost no white noise or static, which is very nice to my hearing, as analog systems always left my ears exhausted just from the white noise that was always present.

Few con's:
- No carrying case included, which is clearly stated by Thomann on this page in the "What's included" section, but Xvive advertised it everywhere else as being included
- Usb-c charing ports look like the kind of thing that might sink deeper into the casing over time, but that's pure speculation based on experience
- High end is lacking, if you do get weird high end sounds, just eq your mixbus a bit and play with the in and output volumes and it will sound fine
- Have to press harder than usual to get the xlr into an output port

I mean, what do you expect for 300 bucks dude? You want perfect sound for your whole band? Be prepared to drop 6k more on gear. I'll be spending that money on music gear as well, don't get me wrong, but at least I have a wireless system that works for me.

You want a professional touring rig? Maybe it's not for you. You're 4 to 5 stinky dudes starting a punk band, like us? Heck, just do it. Upgrade when you play stages that will impress the haters, and if it sucks, just send it back and I'll probably buy your B-stock for cheaper.
