Space saver
I got 3 cymbal arms. One short (like this) and 2 more longer. They pair perfectly with the YESS mounting systems on the bass drum and on the side stand. I minimized the space of the drumkit took moving all the cymbals from the standard stands to those and I gained a lot of space on the floor for mic stands and other useful stuff.
Pros: very good quality
Con: (just one) the arm is kind of short. I guess it depends on what you need it for.

Excellent drum mounted arm
I got this for my 10 inch crash and now have a second arm added for my 14" crash. The quality is just what you expect from Yamaha and it allows for easy addition of extra cymbals without having the space taking floor mounts. Very useful if you gig in small spaces. I would recommend this to anyone using the YESS mounts on their drums
