Gutes Gerät, weniger gute Einstiegshilfe

Als Amateurmusiker gehobenen Alters habe ich ein Update meines Homestudios gewollt. Mir war dabei nicht bewusst, dass Yamaha seine Kunden nur noch in englischer Sprache mit Informationen versorgt. Grundsätzlich sind mir musikalische Terminologien bekannt. Nicht berücksichtigt werden dabei aber Einsteiger in die Welt der Digitalpulte. So ist es mir noch nicht gelungen, so etwas wie einen Controlroom-Ausgang zu schaffen. Und der deutsche Yamaha-Support macht es mir schwer, dort an Infos zu gelangen. Beim Kontaktversuch wird jedesmal wieder Seriennummer und anderes abgefragt, obwohl das Gerät schon registriert ist. Ein Beginner-Video mit Step-by-Step Anleitung wäre ein echter Fortschritt für mich. Ansonsten macht das MGX16 einen sehr soliden Eindruck und ich verspreche mir auf Dauer einen treuen Begleiter durch mein Musikerleben.
