This is the perfect bigger brother to the 9 inch version and immediately reveals more variations in sound capability due to the larger size. When does a Splash become a Crash? This size has a rather long sustain for a splash and is playable more like a crash. All the K-Custom Hybrids make me want to play the bell whenever I look at them! If you are playing more gently and selectively, quite different sounds are possible depending upon where you hit it. I'm well pleased!
