Der Stockanschlag is sehr schön und klar definiert und bietet trotzdem einen warmen, dunklen und durchsetzungsfähigen Grundton. Wenn man es mit der Stockmitte anschlägt eignet es sich auch wunderbar als tiefes Crashbecken. Die Glocke bietet einen ebenso klaren und durchsetzungsfähigen Ton. Man kann dieses Becken für recht viele Bereiche einsetzen, sei es Punk, Heavy Metal, Rock, Pop, Latino usw.
Und für den Preis von 199 € ist mehr Leistung als Preis vorhanden ;)

Auf Aufnahmen setzt es sich nicht immer richtig durch, was aber auch an der bei mir vorhandenen, sehr niedrigen Position liegen kann. Ansonsten ist der Klang sehr schön: Warm, dunkel und trotzdem sehr prägnanter Ping ! Weiter so! Zultan bietet viel Qualität für wenig Geld !

The ride is absolutely stunning, and the craftmanship is perfect. I almost got blinding by the reflection of light in it's mirror polish. And the price for this kind of quality handmade cymbals is ridiculous.

This ride is suited for rock, heavy, metal or even pop-music. A very clear and dark/glassy pink, with plenty of volume.

Unfortunately, it doesn't provide a very varied sound. I had hoped for it to be used as a crash/ride similar to a Zildjian A Custom 22" ride. But it is simply too heavy to open up fully.

I wish you could get a custom order made from Thomann for a lighter crash/ride version of it. Then I would buy it instantly.
