Poor Interior Support – Two Guitars Arrived with Broken Headstocks

This case is excessively large and the interior is poorly designed, so the instrument is not held securely in place. I shipped two guitars using this model, and both arrived with broken headstocks. Based on this very serious experience, I cannot trust or recommend this case for shipping a valuable instrument.
