Not too shabby
It's a bowl which needs to be beaten to work. It's not that complex. It works, sounds good, you have to take it to your palm to have pretty sounds. The rubber stand is a shame, it muffles sustain and it doesn't look nice, you'll have to buy your own cushion.

Quite good - butter go larger
I bought the Zenn 11 to compliment some 13 and 15cm Zen bowls. I am in awe of the 13+15's so was slightly disapointed to hear the 11 does not have the same complexity and depth of sound.
In isolation the zen 11 is excellent, very clean and clear with a good sustain for a small bowl.
Listening side by side to the larger bowls in the range however the sound is 2 dimensional compared to the 3 dimensional sound of the 13+15's
The shape and proportions of the 11 are slightly different, having less high walls, which probably contributes to the different sonic profile.
So while very nice in isolation - but stretch to the zen13 at least. You will not be disapointed.

CRISP DELICATE SOUND
I use as an into to meditation and part of my singing bowl symphony. Very pleased with the sound which is crisp, and delicate
