Awesome Little MIDI tool
Great little tool for playing with midi and synths and for the price you cant go wrong, feels premium and the pads are really nice and better than on some more premium midi keyboards out there.
For less than €100 you cant find anything better in my opinion, if you want a full range keyboard give this a miss but if you want something small compact and affordable go ahead you wont regret it.

Famous solid midi keyboard
pros: you all know, you already watched all review videos
cons: black color shows lots of fingerprints and dust.
with akai mini editor program you can edit buttons and finger pads, you can give names to your profiles and you can see it on your small screen while changing between profiles. i like that little screen, i think feature upgrades will make it more usefull tho. MPC Bears software is cool and you can use it like a Plug-in from your DAW. other softwares are useful too. dont forget to check them out. These softwares can be decision maker for you.

A Modern Classic
Akai the living legends need not reinvent the wheel with this one. You know what it is you know what it does, you just wanted it in black, SOLD!
The 8th such unit I have purchased in my endeavours as a studio designer. For amateurs and pros alike, this unit is concise and cute. A light touch gets the best results as one can trem notes faster than a bigger board. Thats the MPKs main use for me, its tiny keys make fast melodies and drum patterns easy peasey squeeze the lemons Gill.

Small, reliable and full of possibilities
The AKAI Professional MPK Mini MK3 has become a welcome feature to my music production set up, with it's small design it's perfect for creating beats and pads for my music. It become a perfect companion for my guitars and its nearly always a starting point when I'm beginning to right songs. For the price I really cannot argue with the value that has been delivered.
Coming with a bunch of software ready to help create including MPC beats which can also be used within my DAW as a plug in.
The black edition was a added bonus as it suits the rest of my studio set up!
