I ordered this headphone during the Cyber Week sale, unaware that purchasing a discounted item could mean receiving a previously damaged and repaired product.
When the package arrived, I noticed the acrylic sheet on the box was cracked. While that didn’t bother me too much at first (since I was more concerned about the headphones being intact), I soon discovered bigger issues.
At first, the headphones seemed amazing in terms of sound reproduction, as expected. However, I quickly noticed a problem: the right ear cup’s rotation mechanism made a clattering sound whenever the headphones were handled. Upon closer inspection, I found an indentation on the bottom of the plastic enclosure of the ear cup, indicating it was damaged.
Adding to my suspicions, I discovered that both ear cups had a piece of clear tape protruding from inside the headphones. This strongly suggested that the headphones had undergone some kind of repair.
What was supposed to be a fully functional, brand-new product turned into a disappointing experience. I had waited a month for these headphones to arrive, having them shipped to a friend’s address in another country. To say I’m frustrated with this company is an understatement.
I’m sharing my experience so others can think twice before making a purchase here. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to me, I guess.
