Version of product I received won't work on US power!

Received and found that it was a European power spec model (220-240v) despite the box labelled as 110-120V version. Unusable for me. Asked for return, went to send it back and it will cost over $150 to return unit that was only $175. I have been happy will all other items I have ordered from Thomann, this is the first misstep I have encountered. Waiting to hear back from Customer Service as to a resolution that wont cost me more money. I'm sure its a great product, just wish I could use it.
