Nothing to improve except... the color
I have been using this exact model for some years. Excellent grip and the right amount of stiffness for me. The only thing that could be improved is the color: a brighter color would help me to pick up the picks scattered all over the place after rehearsals.

standard
I use this picks with grip for aggressive funky rythm. If you try this kind of picks you will not go back to picks without grip. durability depends on your strenght with picking hand

Not as sharp as in the picture
They are not as pointy as they look in the picture.
Other than that, they are very built and I can say they will last a long time. The grip is solid.

Super grippy
These are noticeably rougher than the standard Dunlop nylon ones. The grip is almost like sandpaper. You won't drop these easily!
Apart from that, good quality nylon pick. Suitable for acoustic and electric.
Dark colour means fairly easy to lose through, I prefer the tortex colours

The perfect pick (for me)!
These are a go-to pick for me - not to thick and not too thin. They grip really well and seem durable. Then again I've never worn a pick out - only lost them! Really good value bought as a big pack like this too.

Fine plectrums
I got a set of these to change things up from the regular Tortex picks I use and they are pretty good. The grip on these is really good, love the feel of the surface, it sticks to the finger. Took quite a while for one of them to become dull.

Great Nylon pick for bass players.
I mainly play with fingers, but for the odd track that requires it I go for Nylon picks over plastic every time. These Dunlops have a great bite, but still sound 'thick' enough on bass. Just enough bend for quick playing, but strong enough when you need to dig in. Great picks!

extreme grip
Best grip i have ever felt in a pick. Otherwise basic shape and good durability. 0.88 thickness gives a bit more snap to the sound than thicker picks that sound more like "thump". I have used these usually with bass.

It is really Max Grip!
These ones will not slip through your fingers while playing hard. The plastic are a bit soft so they wear out quite fast compared to others in the same thickness.
