Not like the normal ones
I've been playing for more than 10 years with the normal jazz III and I tried these ones for the grip.
The grip is great but I found that the attack and the sound are different.
I don't like them, I'm too used to the other ones. I played for 10 minutes and back to the normal ones.
Not for me.

The quality is now how it used to be!
The picks have excess plastic, it looks like the molds are getting old and they are not changing them! I had to file every pick before using it to get rid of the excess plastic.

Not the best grip
I bought this mainly because i needed picks with some good grip, but compared to the Dava grip picks I'm used to, this has not quite as much even though it literally says 'max grip'. The build quality and durability is very good though, but don't buy this if you especially need good grip.

Good plectrum but could be more durable
I've used Jazz III plectrums for a while now and switched between the red and carbon version frequently. I've found the red version wears down quicker for me, but the biggest bonus is that when I drop them I can usually find them quick due to the colour.
