I don't need any other pick ever
There are three (heh) things to talk about when discussing picks: material, shape and thickness. The brand name is something I personally don't care about at all.
So, tortex material is well known for its natural sound and real-tortoise-shell-like feel. It's grippy and nice to hold. For reference, I absolutely hate Ultex, find vinyl picks too slippery, and carbon and steel ones too harsh. This is a perfect balance.
The shape of this pick is really interesting, as it brings the tip of the famous Jazz III pick together with regular Tortex handle. A matter of taste, but I find it better than the regular tortex. The only downside is that it seems to lose the shape much quicker... but maybe it's just because I play more thanks to it!
The thickness is a matter of personal preference, but I would first see what strings you use. 0.88 works fine with 9 or 10s, up to 52-ish in bass. If you play thicker strings, consider the 1mm one. If you play mostly (heavy) rhythm, it's worth exploring even thicker picks for the added attack and bite.

Familiar size, but with added attack and precision
Having used the rounded version for a lot of years, i tried this one. It is larger than the jazz 3, but with the same pointy tip. Perfect attack and fit in your hand

Great feel, totally OK durability.
These are among the greatest picks I've tried. They sound great and feel great, they are also reasonably priced. They do however wear quite fast, but that is the price you pay if you want to use tortex picks.
The grip is totally fine, nothing amazing, but just right.
Would buy again!

Fine guitar picks
These were fine guitar picks.
However, personally I prefer the thicker 1mm ones. Just a matter of teste. Cheers!

Great pick, the same as the standar tortex 0.88 but better!
This are one of my favorite picks. They have all the benefits as the standard Tortex but is a bit pointy, its specially useful for accurate fast playing, is not as pointy as the Sharp version (too pointy for me).
It's a quite durable pick, and the grip it's good but not the best.

The best pick I've ever used alondside Jazz III. I was surprised at how good the grip was even though the surface is smooth. Pretty sure I'll be buying dunlop in the future too :)

My Favorite Picks
These are without doubt, my favourite guitar picks. Not too hard, not too floppy, they're just the right measure for playing electric guitar.
They might not be very durable and may not have the best grip, but they are very easy on your fingers and smooth for your playing. I tried a lot of different picks throughout my career as a musician and I never have been disappointed with these!
