Not perfect, but ok as a spare.
I bought this after losing my previous capo and thought I’d try a different style.
It feels nice in the hand and has a good, solid weight to it. Unfortunately, it’s quite inconsistent when it comes to actually holding down all the strings evenly.
It rarely works perfectly on the first try. I often have to reposition or adjust it to make sure every string rings clearly and the intonation isn’t affected.
It’s not a bad capo, and once positioned correctly it does the job. But a capo should really be something you can put on quickly without having to think about it. Because of that, I wouldn’t buy this one again.
