Elixir are my favourite brand of strings because I destroy anything without a coating in just a few hours and my income isn't high enought to afford changing the strings that often :D
They do sound like normal strings and feel better in my opinion. And this deal with a set of three is great. Easy recommendation from me.

My only Go to Strings - Really last long...

Ever since i tried elixir Strings a year ago, i never went back or use any other brands,, this is really perfect for me & my sweaty hands, coz they don't rust that easily & quickly, (not like DR's & D'addario's that only last for a few days, rust quickly builds-up on those brands ) , but Elixir's they stay in tune even with whammy bar abuse and heavy bends & it really last for so long.!!! , i'm so happy i found Elixir Strings... it's a real saver...

Ich habe Jahre lang Daddario Saiten gespielt, die bei mir allerdings meist schon nach den ersten paar Stunden angefangen haben zu oxidieren. Beim recherchieren im Internet bin ich dann auf diese Saiten von Elixir gestoßen. Was soll ich sagen? Habe die Saiten jetz auf allen Gitarren! Klang ist Top und die Haltbarkeit ist durch die Beschichtung schier unglaublich. Wem vorher die Saiten unter den Fingern weggerostet sind wird für ein paar Euro mehr begeistert sein.
