Game changer
This device really changed my playing / practicing routine and made me come back to classical guitar practice. I'm writing this review a year after I bought it and I've used it every day since.
I've used a small foot stool before, which made my back pretty hurt all the time. This invention simply changed everything, now 2 hours practice per day is really joy. It is very stable, suction cups firmly attache guitar and rubbery pad under it just fixes your guitar to your leg.
It will take you some time to find the right spot where to attach on the guitar, it is very important to experiment and find right spot . It is very flexible, almost any angle can be adjusted. I can really not find any drawback on this device...

Excellent Guitar Rest
This is a fantastic improvement over the various traditional foot stools I grew up using for many years; far sturdier and a much greater degree of control over the angle and height of the guitar.
I looked into these kinds of rests as I was beginning to get pins and needles in my leg while using a foot stool, and have found that not only has that problem been resolved, but I am able to get a much finer adjustment over the instrument positioning improving overall comfort.
The only concern I had about purchasing this was that it may leave marks on the finish of my guitar, but having owned this for a year now I have not noticed any ill effect whatsoever. Your mileage may vary, of course.
A great piece of kit that I would highly recommend.

Good quality and easy to use
This is a fantastic guitar support. I've tried many different ones (Gitano, Liikanen, Guitarlift etc...) but this is the best for me so far. Much more comfortable sitting position than a traditional foot rest and you can adjust it to have the guitar sit higher. After starting to use this I've had no back or hip strain from my playing position, which can't be said for a traditional foot rest.
The screw that you adjust angle and height with is easy to tighten and doesn't slip, so you don't have to tense up while practicing, or worry about the support slipping into an unwanted position in the middle of a concert (a problem I've had with other supports). The only downside is that only one side is height adjustable, and for this reason I've considered changing to the Troster model of the same product. Especially if you're tall, have a long back and long arms, the height adjustment for the other side would give better support for the right hand. All in all I would recommend this to most guitarists as a superior alternative to the traditional foot rest.

Once you go Ergoplay the spine will be okay
This is probably one of the best optional tools ive bought for my guitar, i bought it here it in august 2022. Good quality product!!
My spine, shoulders, arms, hands and neck are also thankful, it also increase your performance as a guitar player
Making things you struggled with become more easy because you dont strain anything, so instead of losing focus and tension spreads from limb to limb.
Ergonomical posture will help the fingers moving on the fretboard and get better reach, positions, accuracy dexterity and speed since you dont get tired and play more correct.
I also want to give the YouTuber
Brandon Acker a shoutout, he had this in a video i saw and explained its benefits and its all true.
Great human, classical guitarist, musician also and have a well of knowledge he shares with his audience
If you have a classical guitar, why are you still reading, Thomann could be handling your order right now instead, come back after its done ;)

Very good product indeed, it offers more comfortability and improves posture which as a classical guitarist is crusial. Avoiding bad posture will improve your playing efficiency. Its very portable, secure with the instrument, doesnt damage the instrument, and light weight, you simply drop it in your bag and your good to go.

very flexible support
Does exactly what it's supposed to do. With the flexibility of the moving parts, almost every guitar position imaginable can be reached with the necessary degree of precision and adjustability.

One of the best guitar support
This is one of the best guitar support I have used. Quite sturdy and better than the traditional foot stool. It helps your back. Comparable to the Murata guitar support I have but this allows for a better inclination. Professional players like Xavier Jara use this which prompted me to get one. The con however is the suction cups may not be durable and may need replacement.

Ergoplay Model Johannes Tappert
I play classical guitar and I used a footstool to get myself in the correct position for playing. Unfortunately after about three years of playing, my back began to hurt after only a half an hour or so. Then somebody suggested I try out the Ergoplay Model Johannes Tappert which is especially made for playing the classical guitar with both feet flat on the floor. This I tried and have not looked back. I can play a lot longer with no stress or pain

Great tool for practising for long hours. 'Spine friendly', comfortable, does not damage the coating on the guitar. Can be used for flamenco also. Durable product with possibility to buy cups.
