Case arrived with some visible dents, probably due to poor handling during transport. It's pricey for what it is. The quality isn't on par with the older ESP cases manufactured by TKL.

Its a good case. It feels sturdy.

Pros:
- good looking
- instrument is safe inside

Cons:

- the tolex scratches and rips easily
- got it for an ESP LTD Iron Cross. In US its given free
