Poorly packaged and impossible to return.
I just want a refund please. 20.05.2025
Absolute nightmare trying to return this item. Guitar was shipped in a cardboard box, packed tightly against the empty hardcase. Thomann agreed to collect the return package but their courier did not show up. Every time I contact them they fob me off saying they will ask the courier for feedback, or book another collection that never happens.
