Nice and light, and seals well around the join, chosen for it's thermal resistance, and seems to be working well. Due to how light it is a little easier to destabilize it when standing without the cello inside but no concerns when the cello is in it. The orange color is great, very bright! One thing to note is that if you have a smaller frame the straps may not be super comfortable. As a medium sized person it fits me well and sits at a nice height on the back for use with public transport: not so high to worry about hitting tops of doors or lower ceilings, but high enough to not bump behind you even on steep stairs.

The case is very bright, beautiful and looks like it will last a lifetime. The adjustable pads and magnetic bow hold are great features that make it very safe and easy to pick up/store the cello and bow in one go. It is also lighter to carry than I thought considering its weight. The Thomann service was excellent; very simple to purchase and fast shipping.

Me parece una funda de Cello sólida, con muy buena relación calidad precio.
Poco peso. Buenos amarres a la espalda , incluso con cierres de seguridad.
Él Cello en su interior va muy protegido, sin vaivenes ni movimientos.
Solo se echa de menos un pequeño compartimento para las partituras.

Ich habe diesen Cellokasten gekauft, um mein Instrument in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sicher transportieren zu können. Er macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck, hat eine schöne Form und ist nicht zu schwer. Die Verschlüsse funktionieren einwandfrei und er lässt sich gut schließen, ohne zu verkanten (sowohl im Stehen als auch im Liegen). Die Halterungen für den Instrumentenhals und für den Bogen sind super, es wurde auf Klettverschlüsse verzichtet, die ja oft schnell den Geist aufgeben und nicht mehr richtig schließen. Die Schwebelagerung ist klasse und hält das Instrument absolut sicher, es kann auch beim öffnen im Stehen nicht einfach herausfallen. Die mitgelieferten Rucksackgurte sind breit und bequem (soweit man beim tragen eines Cellokastens von bequem reden kann).
Was beim Tragen stört, sind die Füsschen am Boden zum abstellen. Diese drücken in die Schulterblätter, was man auch nicht wirklich durch die Tragegurte beeinflussen kann. Ich werde noch ein Tragesystem nachrüsten, um dieses Problem zu lösen. Wie langlebig der Kasten ist, wird sich zeigen. An dieser Stelle bin ich aber sehr zuversichtlich, da ich mit GEWA bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe.
