After years of hearing my guitar tech tell me about the wonders of 3 string string-trees, I thought id give it a go when I saw TUSQ put these out on the market.

Got one on a Fender Telecaster and another on a Jazzmaster ; this has brought the angle of the G string down considerably on both guitars. Some sanding was needed on the underside of the string tree for the tele though as to be flush with my headstock.

Does it sound any different? No...
Does it sustain any better? No....
Does it stay in tune better? Honestly no idea but knowing TUSQ its an extra point of lubrication.

So mission complete I guess!
You may not need one of these but any little helps with getting that G string more stable :)
