Bad headstock, Thomann takes no responsibility
Guitar looked great out of the box. Action was very high, but that is an easy adjustment.
Sadly, headstock was curved, not straight as it should be.
Thomann figured, well return it, we will inspect it (suggesting if it gets damaged in shipment it's my responsibility), then we will send replacement (apparently if there is no damage they can blame on me). IN all this their return label is NOT by same courier as delivery, but instead post office, so there was no way fro me to order courier to swing by and pick it up. An absolute joke of a treatment.
So I paid for new guitar, it does not get checked before shipment, arrives with crooked headstock, and now I am looking at easy 3 weeks before I maybe see another that has no such problems. Of course no stated guarantees that second guitar would be checked out to ensure it is as a new one should be. Probably my last order from Thomann.
