Gets the job done
My only real complaint is that the seams aren't perfect, with the occasional loose thread. Nothing that the flame from your lighter can't fix.

Using this with an 8-string guitar and also with a 6-string bass. You have to get a bit used to it, to find its position that feels comfortable for you. It does its job, although I expected it somehow to be a little bit wider, but it works anyway. It doesn't press the strings too hard, and it covers them easily (for the above mentioned types of guitars).
