Hingefahren, wanted, heard, in love!

Justin H., 10.10.2018
At this point, nobody has the same taste and preferences, but it helps one or the other but if I write something here.
Of course, the best is to hear your own sample.

Actually, I thought, I'm going there and pick up the Yamaha Hs7 or Adam T5V and go again, the JBL I really did not want. However, I get up immediately, but they are all big here, you really like to underestimate that.
First of all, these are my first active monitors and I'm not a professional in the mix, I just want to hear good music and live out my audiophile streak.

In the end I compared the KRK RP5 RoKit G3, the Presonus Eris E5 and of course the JBL LSR 305P MKII, actually I wanted to hear the Adam T5V too, but only the T7V got out and I could not wait 45 minutes until the T5V from the warehouse lands in the studio and is built there, which of course would make the employees for one.
But since the T7V sounded not much better than the JBL (apart from the deeper bass, of course) I did not care.

Now for comparison:
The KRK sounds very bass emphasized, so that the rest is a little bit down, but I just hear the wrong music, lovers of Edm, dubstep, hip hop, etc., but find it here.
The Presonus was not quite as bassy but he could not keep up with the details and the gigantic stage of the JBL's.
That's why I finally decided to go with it.

I've tested all the right speakers with the existing in Thomann music selection of rock on "Rocket Man" by Elton John to "Gibs Mir" by Rammstein.
Elton as well as Pink Floyd's "Wish You Where Here" ultimately convinced me of the JBL.
No one else could play such a wide stage with the sudden onset of guitar play so beautiful and wide, this tweeter is the hammer. My girlfriend was even a little scared when suddenly put the guitar.

Rock is my absolute favorite genre on the speakers, the new music including pop would probably benefit from a subwoofer, I like to raise the bass by 1.5db, I have to say that my "room" is not acoustically perfect Everyone has to find out for themselves.

According to my girlfriend, the netflix test also passed the test. It was quite funny to see when it scared, because suddenly a sound came so prominently from the side and not from the middle of the sound heap, as in a favorable 2.1 system ,

Incidentally, the background noise is also limited and can only be heard by placing the LS directly in front of you on the desk and keeping it quiet. With an adapter of 2 * 6.3 on mini jack, the LS are also wonderfully clear, only on the intigrierten sound chip of my PC it comes to noticeable noise, but then that's not surprising.

The workmanship is impeccable, the LS is also relatively light and the glossy front is so far not synonymous negative, but of course attracts dust as magical as my TV.

By and large, if you're not on bass (or too lazy to help out with an Eq) you're doing absolutely everything right and I highly recommend it.
Negative is at most the glossy look at the front, but this is negligible, in my opinion.

I hope it helps you!

Very well

VLONE, 02.12.2018
I ordered the JBL 305P MKII as my first monitors because they were recommended to me on Reddit.
They really sound very good and balanced. The mid and highs of the JBLs are very clear and clean with a defined low point. They kill the Rockits and the M-Audios, and investing in Yamaha's is not worth 7 or 8 inches, in my opinion.
I also like the design and the workmanship is impeccable.
I can just recommend her.
