Very soft, warm mallets
remoulle 13.03.2018
The sound of these monotone mallets is very warm, indeed, and the marimba sounds very long with them. With their consequent weight, they are powerful. It never saturates or gets aggressive.
Only negative point, if there is, is that in the treble range of the marimba, the sound gets fluffy and looses its power and warmth. I recommend more for the bass or medium ranges.
