Hervorragendes Obertonverhalten bei fundamentalen Tieftonanteilen

Dies der Eindruck auf einem IBANEZ MEZZO 32" Mensur, PJ Bestückung und Aktivelektronik.
Vollwertiger Pianostringklang auch auf der verkürzten Mensur, kenne ich so sonst nur von meinem Miller EM4 34" und meine Clover Slapper 36"

Die Saiten eignen sich konstruktionbeding ausschliesslich für Instrumente mit einer Einhägung der Ballends an der Brücke oder einer maximalen Distanz von 40mm vom Saitenreiter bis zum Wiederlager der Balends. Nicht geeignet für Bässe welche eine Saitenführung durch den Basskörper haben.

Die Seidenumspinnung lässt die Verwendung auf Bässen mit einer Mensur von 32 - 34,5 " zu.
Für kürzere Mensuren oder Headlesbässe müssen ev. technische Tricks angewendet werden, vor allem muss die Stimmmechanik für die E-Saite problemlos den, von mir gemessenen, Saitendurchmesser 2.63mm (besser 3mm) aufnehmen können.

Non mi hanno convinto!

Con queste corde non ho percepito nessun miglioramento timbrico, inoltre non sono riuscito ad abbassare l'action (anzi ho dovuto alzarla rispetto alle corde che montavo prima, perché queste friggevano sulla tastiera). Il problema maggiore che ho constatato con queste semi esposte è la precisione di intonazione delle ottave e un effetto "tipo chorus" sulle note suonate dopo il 12 tasto (per capirsi tipo quando si tengono i pickups troppo vicini alla corde). Personalmente non mi sono piaciute!
