Mein Mesa Boogie Mark V:25 Combo

Ich habe mir immer einen Mark V:25 Combo gewünscht. Ich habe seit ca. 10 Jahren einen Mark V:25 als Head im Probenraum stehen mit einer Thiele Box dran. Super Sound. Für mich und die Musik, die ich mache, ist er die Eierlegendewollmilchsau. Den Mark V:35 Combo habe ich zu Hause. Aber der ist mir zu groß, zu schwer und zu unhandlich.
Der 25 ist klein, handlich und wiegt kaum 11 Kg. Kann man überall mitnehmen, zu Sessions etc., hat einen super Sound, zwei Kanäle mit je 3 gut funktionierenden Einstellungen, Federhall, Di-Out, Einschleifweg, Kopfhöreranschluss und Loadbox eingbaut. Die Leistung kann in jedem Kanal separat reduziert werden von 25 auf 10 Watt. Der Graphik EQ wird mit dem Fußschalter ein- und ausgeschaltet; und das für jeden Kanal. Ob als Soloboost oder als Klangverbieger muss jeder selber entscheiden. Auch der 10“ Celestion Creamback macht einen Super Job.
Kanal 1 kann Clean, Fat oder Crunch geschaltet werden. Mit jeder Einstellung nimmt die Verzerrung etwas zu. Clean und Fat sind hier mein Favorit.
Kanal 2 bietet Sound ähnlich wie Mark IIc+, Mark IV, und Extreme an. Mir persönlich gefällt hier Mark IV am besten.
Im Probenraum kann er gut mit einer lauten Band mithalten. In einem kleinen Club auch. Wenn es dann größer wird, gehe ich gerne mit dem D.I. In die P.A. und gut is (oder Mikro davor, wer das bevorzugt).
Das einzig negative an dem Teil ist der Preis. Fast 3000,-€ ist schon viel. Aber der Amp bietet natürlich auch sehr viel.
