Ich besitze ein Beckenset (2002) von PAISTE aus der ersten Serie (ca. 1980): 16“ Crash, 18“ Crash, 22“ Powerride und 14“ SoundEdge HiHat. Mir fehlte immer ein Crashbecken mit schnellerer Ansprache. Da das 19“ Thincrash gerade im Preis reduziert war habe ich es einfach bestellt. Eigentlich ist das mit Becken so eine Sache … alle anderen habe ich damals live ausprobiert und gekauft. Glücklicherweise passt das 19“ Thincrash sehr gut in das Set. Ich behalte es also. Von der Ansprache ist es so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe.
Ggf. kommt jetzt noch ein NovoChina der 2002-Serie hinzu.

Lieferung war wie immer bei Thomann: Top. Es war auch gut verpackt, so dass Schäden am Becken durch den Transport unwahrscheinlich sind.
Die Qualität der neuen 2002-Serie steht der von der damaligen Serie in nichts nach. Von daher volle Punktzahl in der Bewertung.

Darüber hinaus fängt es bei kräftigerem Spiel nicht an zu klirren. Deshalb kann man es für diverse Stile nutzen. Und deshalb ist es sowohl im Studio als auch live meine erste Wahl.
