I used the previous version of this pedal for many years, still do occasionally, very reliable. This upgraded version is the same but slightly smoother. Comes with a case which is not as good as the previous case but does the job. Overall, it's a great performing pedal. I would say 9 out of 10, and that's only because the cams are a little more difficult to change...if you need to change them.

Pues lo dicho, es con creces el mejor pedal de bombo que tuve, el que más tiempo tuve fué un iron cobra powerglide, unos 12 años y aún dura, es un gran pedal, un speed cobra también lo tuve y no me gustó nada, lo vendí al poco tiempo, no me acostumbré a esa plataforma tan larga ni al tacto, pero lo del Pearl es otra liga, yo lo uso con el piñón rojo y me tiene enamorado

Suite à l'achat d'une nouvelle batterie, je me devais de remplacer ma vieille pédale grinçante par un modèle bien meilleur. Autant dire que j'ai découvert tout le potentiel d'une pédale en achetant ce modèle de chez Pearl : rapide, solide, silencieuse, réglable jusqu'au moindre détail, tout y est. En plus de tout ça, elle est magnifique, quel plaisir de l'apporter dans sa housse sur mesure à chaque répet et concert.
Je la recommande vivement.
