H
Cool looking, Ok sounding, bad build quality

Yes of course, this is a guitar from the low end of the low price range, but there are a couple of quality issues, that other companies in this price range were able to eliminate. Recording king is not one of them. Of course the wood selection on the fretboard is a nightmare, that's ok. The Inlays are painted on, that's ok, the dark paint from the back of the neck reaches several mills onto the fretboard, not ok.
Several bad spots on the Binding. Also, the intonation on the higher frets is off.
I use it exclusively for playing slide and it does the job. Should be sufficient around campfires and the like with almost every playing style. But I wouldn't recommend it as a beginner Instrument. There are much better Guitars out there for only a couple of coins more.
