I use this head as a resonant head and the result is amazing and i'm really pleased with it.
I really recommend it!

another brilliant remo head. put it on top or bottom (depending what you have the opposite end of the drum), i'd advise either a diplomate on the bottom or emperor on top. always gives you a trues beautiful tone. perfect for most musical situations. nice warm tones.

Remo is best. I use this Remo 13 inch Ambasador clear drum heads on my old Tama RockStar PRO made in Japan 13 "tom as reso head. Open sound with lots of atack and sustain. Its easy to control. Last long head , Remo is the best manufacturers of drum heads.

The Ambassador's are a nice thin head and work well for the bottom heads of toms and front head of bass drums. They are nice as batters too and record particularly well. We all know the coated Ambassador heads we use for our snare drums. Some Jazz players use coated Ambassador's as batters on the whole set and tune them very well.
