Used this head as a reso. It provides a warm and open tone. It has a lot of overtones so I had to use some muffling, but other than that. The head is perfect

Great classic head

I use the 16" ambassadors on my floortom. Works well as a bottom as well as a batter head. I usually use it as a resonant head and the sound is clear and punchy.

Not very pricy either wich is great.
