Hard wearing top surface, bottom surface appears easy to tear, very thin with little noise suppression evident. I have yet to hear the neighbour’s opinion - but I am not impressed on first impressions! Sorry Roland!

Wirkung lässt nach/Matte zieht Wellen

Dachte mir, so eine Matte kauft man ja nur einmal im Leben und gönnte mir das teure Markenprodukt. Nach dem Auspacken war ich schon ein wenig enttäuscht, dass die Unterseite direkt aus dem ungeschützten Schaumstoff besteht, der sofort reisst, wenn er mit ungepolsterten Materialien etwas rauher in Berührung kommt. Matte taugt also schon mal nicht für den Bühnenalltag (oder für Katzen-Haushalte...).

Zunächst machte die Matte wirklich den Unterschied: Ohne Matte hört man das E-Drum-Geklöppel aus dem Keller im ganzen Haus. Mit (neuer) Matte nicht. Leider lässt die Wirkung nach ca 3-4 Monaten nach, da dann der Schaumgummi an den Aufstellflächen des Drum-Rack komplett zusammengedrückt ist und es offenbar dann wieder eine Schallbrücke zwischen Rack und Boden gibt. Das lässt sich durch Umstellen des Sets alle paar Monate vermeiden, nervt aber. Seit etwa einem Jahr schlägt die Matte nach ein paar Wochen Benutzung Wellen, so dass man auch deswegen das Set öfter mal ab- und wieder aufbauen muss.

Das Geld gibt man vor allem für das hochwertige Roland-Logo aus. Für den dauerhaften Einsatz eher ungeeignet.
