SKB FB 4 bass guitar case

I purchased the above sculpted case about 6 months ago. On the whole I have been please with the fact my fender jazz bas fitted in the case well and it is sturdy and easier to transport that the rectangular fender luxury case that came with my guitar. The reason why I gave 4 stars was because the pin that holds the handle onto the case fell out and I need a replacement pin to secure the case

Correct but overpriced

I'm not sold on this case, it seems sturdy, and the hinges, although made of plastic, seems strong enough.

I don't like that when closed the cases seems to not close completely, you can see some play.

Overall it is a good case and it has already survived a big trip, but for the price I was hoping for a better build quality.

A slim and solid case.

This case is well built. It's a little unbalanced and I miss a bit more storage space for cables, strap and so on, but in the end a good case. Protects your bass when on the road and it has a very comfortable handle.
It also fits 35" scale basses.
