Amazing !
I used them to mod the basic Millenium e-drum toms. I had seen somewhere online you could get a more realistic feel with your e-drums by removing both the 'plastic' head and the big heavy part underneath, and replacing all of this by this mesh head and a cone of foam making the contact between the piezo-electric sensor and the head.
I must say, it worked fantastically well and both the response and the feel of my e-drums were improved drastically.
I would definitely recommend it !

A nice upgrade for electronic drums.
Inexpensive mesh (net) head for electronic drums, I replaced my Alesis real feel drum heads for these mesh heads, I added a slim sheet of foam between the actual drum and the mesh head, feeling is very natural, looks great and the best part is that noise is diminished dramatically, around 70% less noise I would say, without losing any sensitiveness at all.
Have been almost 4 years, and they are still alive.

Does The Job
I bough those as a replacement for the heads I had on my cheap e-drum, As I needed to tidy it up and try to sell it. I have to say it was a lucky buy and it does the job very well and better than regular skins, Fitted nicely and should last longer as well. Not much to say but it it was a good alternative for a fraction of the cost. You can?t go wrong with that.
Thomann?s service was very good as usual and the order arrived in no time.

Cheap, with nice quality
I bought two heads to use with my homemade subkick mic. Works well for that.
