Be careful about the size
This case is very good, well made, the guitar seems to be very protected and the case is not so heavy, really recommended.
It was perfectly packaged when delivered, and seems to be very resistant.
Just one thing !
Be careful about the size of your guitar, the inner size is displayed in the description but, there is also "Fits ST style / T style", and this, may be tricky.
I ordered a Chapman ML3, the dimensions was not displayed in the ad but it is a T style so I was pretty confident.
Well, the guitar didn't fit in the case (3 cm too long) and I had to return it.
I'm sure this will not happen with all the T style, and I think most of guitars should fit in, but if you can check the dimensions of your guitar, do it.
PS : I bought a Chapman ML3 Modern, the dimensions are (L x W x H) 103 x 32 x 4 cm. If it can help some of you ;)

Not a bad case, but with some issues.
I rate it three stars as one of the locks doesn't work properly. You have to force the lid a bit as there is no other way to close the lock. It seems it's because the hinge of the lid is not properly aligned. It's not a bad case for its price otherwise.

you get what you pay for
so I decided to go for it when I saw the price tag and the photos made it look better than what it is in reality, so it arrived all the way to my home in one piece, but I wasn't blown away by the quality when I opened, is quite finicky , the lock broke right at the first time that I try it (I have common sense and I did it with the case empty so no guitar got locked inside the case) the key is like those ones that come with those kids diaries... so I worked the lock until I finally was able to opened, so now I have a so... so... case that doesn't lock anymore, who knows for how long it will stand, I had an issue with my TE90 that I ordered with this and a cab so decided to put my energy on claiming the guitar and just forget about this hard case( by the way Thomann did a great CS about my guitar but ill put that review once im able to do it), but at least I know I have to be careful with this case and no trust it too much. so if you are looking for a case to keep your guitar protected at HOME than I will say this is a good case, maybe a good thing is that is not too heavy probably cause of the thin materials is made out of? so yeah I'm not impressed with this product, would I buy it again, no I rather invest in something better for when a tour is in the Horizon, not for long thanks to COVID...

Not solid enough for flights
First time I flew with this case one of the snap fasteners got smacked off. By closer examination, these aren't sturdy enough for flying. Other than that, the case is solid and does the job. I have no problem putting this case in a car along with other instruments.

Feels a little bit cheap
Handle feels a little bit cheap, like it might break at first strong pull / yank.
Price/Performance I would say it's ok.

Good but
Well it was recommended by Thomann staff for an ibanez genesis, yet it’s too big on the headstock end so I need a loo roll to keep it in place… whatever!

Ok for the money
Well, its a cheap guitar case..i keep it for the guitar i leave at home & it keeps the dust off etc
Definitely wouldnt take it out on the road though with anything of value in ....but for the price, you can't really expect much more, perfect for a cheap guitar.

Disappointed
When I opened the case it appeared the hinges were not operating properly. I notified within an hour of the case arriving. They promptly came back asking for photos of the damaged area. Upon further investing I noticed the rivets on one of the hinges was loose but what may have caused this is that the rear metal binding was not straight. Although I asked for a replacement, Thomann said they only repair, which was very disappointing, not to mention the delay. They also pointed out that the cost of them checking the case would be charged at 35EUR if not covered by warranty. How can it not be?
Case is on its way back to them.

Good case for the money
I got this case for my Jackson Dominion USA, as the original case was stolen. The body shape is slightly unusual, so most normal cases would not be a good solid fit. I contacted Thomann, and got a very quick response with a recommendation for this case.
The case is a great fit, and works very well with the guitar keeping it secure inside. I find the case not to be as solid in construction as other cases i've owned. There seems to be a lot of movement of the outer shell of the case and the plastic isn't as solid as i'd hoped. The latches are good and stayed locked.
The Dominion is my go to studio guitar, so it stays in the case but doesn't do a lot of travel, for this the case is perfect. I'd recommend the case to others with a similar need but would advise guitarists to look elsewhere for a road worthy case.

Descent
The case fits the Telecaster without any problems. It has two compartments for stuff, but these pockets do not have covers, and sometimes thinner assets slide out of the compartments. Overall the compartments could be bigger, as a big portion of space around the guitar's headstock is only used to carry air.
The hardware is very basic, but this case does not get carried around to much, so there is no worry for me. The ABS-shell definitely helps with carrying the case on public transport, as it is much more abuse-resistant than the wooden cases with leather/polyurethane lining.
The 3-star mark I give this product is not because it is bad, but because it really IS an OK-ish product, and one should expect too much from it. It serves the purpose, and that is what's important.
