Good MIDI connector
This connector serves its purpose very well and is very inexpensive. Unfortunately you have to solder the back so that you can actually use it. I've soldered it to another cheap midi cable I had lying around, and use it in my band's rack. It's a great alternative to the more expensive MIDI connector that doesn't require any soldering, and serves the same purpose. If you are ok soldering, give it a try and save some eurs.
You can either solder the 5 wires, or just 3, since MIDI in general doesn't require them all (depending on the interface you will be connecting to).

Fair
Fair quality, but the pins seems a bit loose. Don't know if it's something to worry about but it works fine.

3D printed item
It wasn't clear from the product listing that this is Thomann's bare round MIDI Socket, pre assembled in a 3D printed D-Norm adapter. The print quality is good, but I feel Thomann could be more clear what the product is, as if you already own a 3D printer you don't need to buy this product, buy the bare one instead and print your own adapter.

Works
Not the best looking on the outside but the loops make it easy to solder and it works as intended.
