I cannot talk to much about quality. It works as advertised, so i will give 5 stars!
Two notes worth mentioning:
- the longer drying time is a big plus, especially for beginners who are not as experienced with the process of setting up the staves with the clamps
- the glue is very strong but also a bit elastic after curing (check youtube: "Titebond Original vs Titebond III dried hardness"). IF you accept the premise that a optimal glue for music instruments should be hard and more brittle, you might want to go for Titebond Classic or TItebond Extend instead.

After the natural Hide Glue, i think this glue is the best in the market. Good tolerance for humidity, good tolerance for temperature, (i tested it in comparation with hide glue in extreme conditions of temperature), extreme tolerance to torque ( the tension that makes strings over the bridge) In example: a bridge of a HarpGuitar with 20 strings (Sullivan Elliot harp guitar) just bonded with Titebond 141 Ultimate. Result: excellent response across the time to 80 kg of torque tension over the bridge!!!
And more, total reversible by heath and Humidity, ideal for restorations.
I totally recommend!!!
