Was auch immer ein echter Dumble Sound ist vermag ich nicht 1zu1 zu sagen, ABER ...
das Big Rumble macht einen tollen Job vor einem cleanen Röhrenamp (bei mit Laney Lionheart).
Besonders der Attack Regler ist sehr hilfreich auch wenn die Bezeichnung etwas irreführend ist. Eigentlich schaltet (ja, nicht stufenlos!) er zwischen verschiedenen EQ Settings und eignet sich sehr um schnell den Sound aufzuräumen je nach Amp und Geschmack. Auch die Bezichnung Jazz/Rock für den Gain Umschalter ist nicht glücklich gewählt. Es handelt sich schlicht um verschiedene Gainstufen. Der Boost macht seinem Namen alle Ehre, ist vor den Overdrive gelegt und kann auch einzeln verwendet werden ohne den Overdrive. Der Boost ist ein reiner Clean-Boost ohne Frequenzänderung.
Stacking mit anderen Overdrives funktioniert prima.
Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Der Charakter des Overdrives ist warm und läßt sich mit TONE und ATTACK prima varieren. Von sehr leicht angezerrt bis Hard Rock Brett geht alles.
