It does its job and it does it very well.
It is not made from a real wood, but it still looks good - does not look cheap.
It has a good quality, and really excellent value for the money.
The handling was perfect, and the time for delivery - very quick. This is my first purchase from Thomann and I have to admit I am impressed.
The only reason I give good instead of very good for features is I am not professional musician, and I am not sure if a professional would need a feature not covered here. For me it does much more than I need.
I am very happy with that metronome and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Pros:
Excellent build quality. It's nice to hold in your hands and use it.

Cons:
It is very loud, which is good with a loud play, but limits its use at night, when everyone is asleep.Of course it's strange to require a mechanical metronome to adjust the volume, but I did not think about it before buying.

Ein "echter Klick": mechanisch und zuverlässig!

Als Musiker will man in der Regel rhythmisch-metrisch exakt dabei sein (zumindest bei metrisch gebundener Musik). Bei schwierigen Passagen muss man das bisweilen mühsam üben! Dabei hilft das Wittner Metronome 816K enorm: Immer zuverlässig, eben auch unplugged! Überall einsetzbar - vom Wohnzimmer bis zum Proberaum!

Für Loops mit allmählicher Temposteigerung muss man natürlich für jeden neuen Durchlauf "selber Hand anlegen" (d.h. das Tempo neu einstellen), aber das fördert m.E. die Feinmotorik und auch die mentale Einstellung zum Proben!
