Das Becken ist gigantisch groß: 22 Zoll, recht große Kuppe, gewellter Rand. Auf der Oberfläche sind dunkle Stellen, die von der gewellten Form und dadurch mehr oder weniger abgedrehte Stellen kommen.

Der Klang ist dunkel, düster, bisschen geheimnisvoll. Leise am Rand angespielt grollt es, mit der Stockspitze klingt es wie ein trashiges ride, auch fein.
Kräftig gespielt wird es tatsächlich laut und bleibt dabei eher dunkel.
Schläge auf die Kuppe liefern laute Akzente, fast wie eine Kuhglocke.

Insgesamt ein spannendes Becken. Für viele sicher eher ein Effektbecken, aber kontrolliert eingesetzt vielleicht auch ein besonderes ride.
