IC
Best Pics Ever
Isaac Campos 05.06.2020
These have been the only pics I've used for the last (at least) 5 years.
For me, and obviously this is completely subjective, these are the best pics ever made.
The nylon reduces a lot of the plectrum noise.
The 1.0 mm is perfect for many styles, but ideal for Rock (From classic R'n'R to metal).
The grip is very good thanks to the textured surface.
When I found out that this 72 pack was available, it made my day!!! Super convenient!!!
Absolutely recommend this!!!

H
A Solid Pick, But I Eventually Found a Better Match
H3vB 19.05.2026
The Dunlop Nylon Standard 1.0 was actually the pick I started out with when I began playing guitar. It’s a solid, reliable pick with a sturdy feel and good control, especially for players who like a thicker pick.

Over time though, I switched to the Dunlop Tortex Standard 0.73 because it gives me more grip and a better overall feel while playing. The Tortex simply suits my playing style better.

That said, this is still a very good pick and I can definitely understand why so many guitarists like it. It just turned out not to be the perfect match for me personally.

B
perfect

I'm still getting through them. I've had them for a long time and you know yourself - plecs always go missing. It's nice to know I don't have to worry about not having one around when I have a mountain of them to pull from. They're the perfect thickness for the way I play as well

Dunlop Nylon

I have a very large collection of very different picks but these are my favourites and I use them all the time. Of course this is a very subjective matter depending on your hands and the way you play. If you play very fast and very aggressive I wouldn't recommend them because for that the durability will not be good enough.
