A
Good Guitar Workout

This book contains a great program which focuses on finger independence, technique building by employing unorthodox techniques. I found this book was a huge benefit to the development of my playing.
The book also contains an insight and helpful tips on how to approach each lesson correctly.

Articulate and punctual!

Though I've played guitar for many years I've never felt the need for "learn how to play like Steve Vai" (or who ever you find interesting). Simply because I don't want to play like they do. I just want to sound and play my own way.
This book is to my liking simply because it doesn't saturate you with "the famous licks and riffs" of Mr. Vai. Instead it focuses only on the techniques and practice routines that many players tend to oversee and think of as something "for the beginners". I think this book is suitable for all guitar players who are looking for a ready "practice routine manual" to learn and keep their playing techique alive.
